Miss Jane Jonina Hurst

We welcomed Jane into the world at 03:36 am December 2. She weighed 7 lb 14 oz. After a couple of hours in the NICU for observation, she was released back to us on the regular maternity unit. The birth was attended by her proud daddy and her Grandma Krause, who got a new grand-daughter on her birthday! We are all at home and doing well.

Gamma and Gampa!

Grandpa and Grandma are visiting from Abbotsford, Canada for three
weeks!!!

Potty training part 1

The most important part of learning to use the toilet is relaxing with
a some good reading and your favorite hat.

Happy Late Canada Day

We celebrated Canada Day with our Aussie and American friends with
traditional Canadian food!

Mosquitoes Keep Out!

This is my mosquito net that I sleep in, it keeps me safe from getting
bit from mosquitoes that carry malaria.

My dog Mac

Mac is the puppy that lives on our centre, he is very gentle with me
and I love it when he is off his leash and runs around like crazy, I
squeal with excitement (and I have a great vocabulary). Mac likes to
eat the rocks that I feed him. I tell him to "tit" but he doesn't
listen very well.

Chocolate

Where does your chocolate come from? Ada and I picked this cocoa pod
from our garden. The seeds have a tasty covering (Ada was a little
unsure). We are drying the seeds and we'll let you know how they taste.
